Everything on this page is in production. Most of it operates our own bar, brewery and events venue in Phnom Penh every day — we are the first customer of everything we sell, which is a better QA story than any demo.

Replacing a POS licence with a Telegram mini app
Our own taproom: a monthly per-till cost, a tablet that had to survive a bar, and no way to check takings without opening a back office on a laptop.
- Catalogue, pricing rules and staff records migrated to Postgres as the single source of truth
- The till rebuilt as a Telegram mini app on an action-routed API
- Separate admin lane with role checks tied to Telegram accounts, enforced server-side
- Request signatures verified in Postgres; every API call logged
- Nightly sales summary to the manager chat at 23:30
CASE·02
Twelve destinations, one approval step
Same venue: events went unpromoted, but fully automatic posting was unacceptable — the venue's voice matters, and an unreviewed post is a liability.
- A queue with an explicit approval flag on every post — no path to publish without a person
- Telegram mini app to preview, edit, approve or deny in under a minute, from a phone
- Five-minute scheduler publishes approved, due posts and marks them — nothing posts twice
- Distribution to twelve destinations, including the venue's TV screens and website blog
- Posts with no photo get AI-generated flyers composited with the venue logo

Event operations suite
Google Calendar is master; changes cascade to queued social posts, day-of staff briefs and a public events feed. Cancellations clean up after themselves.
COMMS / BRIDGE
Unified social inbox
Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs open as Telegram forum topics, one per conversation; replies flow back within Meta's reply windows.
STAFF / BILINGUAL
Khmer voice messaging
Management types English; the staff group receives simplified text plus a Khmer voice note. Nothing is lost between languages.
STAFF / REVIEW
Staff reviews bot
An observation typed in chat becomes a structured record filed by person and theme; Sunday brings one grouped digest — praise first, repeat problems flagged.
FINANCE / AI
Receipt & expense engine
Receipt photos are read by AI and filed; a three-day reconcile joins images to the books, flags duplicates and anomalies, and reports to the accounting group.

Inventory, brewing and finance modules in one mini app on one authoritative database — the back office in a pocket.

For a fitness coaching app: generates a two-week rotating meal plan from each client's preferences and check-ins — and every plan passes a human coach before it ships.
