APP·02 / SOCIAL PUBLISHING
Automaton Socials
Queue posts for one human approval, then publish to twelve destinations — from TikTok to the TV above your own bar. There is no configuration in which content reaches an audience without a person having looked at it.
WHAT IT DOES
The moving parts
Full automation eventually posts something you regret; manual dashboards quietly stop being used in week three. This is the working middle.
The approval queue
Every post previews exactly as it will appear. Edit, approve or deny in one tap, from the chat you already read — review is something you do while waiting for coffee.
Twelve destinations
TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Facebook, Reddit — plus your website blog, in-venue TV screens and Telegram channels. Each is a separate call with its own result.
Honest reporting
One expired token and six successes is not “posted ✓”. Per-destination summaries land in Telegram after every run, so a failure is visible the same day, not weeks later.
AI artwork
The most common reason a post never went out: nobody took a photo. Posts without an image get generated artwork composited with your logo and event text.
Five-minute scheduler
Approved and due means published and marked, so nothing ever posts twice — even if a run repeats.
Your credentials
Runs on your server with your accounts. We never hold your audience hostage.
UNDER THE HOOD
How it's built
Approval is the default gate, not a setting. That is not a feature we can be talked out of — it is why the thing is trustworthy enough to leave running.
FIT
Built for
- Venues with events to promote and no time to promote them
- Businesses posting the same content to five platforms by hand
- Anyone who needs automation but cannot accept unreviewed posting
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Ask about Automaton Socials
A conversation costs nothing, and it often ends with us saying automation is not worth it for a given job. That is a useful answer too.
