DIV·01 / CUSTOM APPS
Custom apps for Telegram, Android, iOS & desktop
Built by the people who automate your business. Off-the-shelf software forces the business to bend around the tool; automation can only go so far when the thing in the middle wasn't built for the process. Custom apps close that gap — and because we also build the workflows around them, yours arrives already connected to everything else.
THE TRICK
One build.
Every platform.
Most of our apps are Telegram mini apps: real web applications that open inside Telegram with the user's identity cryptographically attached to every request. That single decision buys a lot:
- Runs everywhere Telegram does — Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, web. One build, no app store review, no install step.
- Authentication for free — no login form, no password resets, no session store. A new staff member taps a button and is working.
- Server-side authority — every action is verified in the database against a signed identity, not a hidden button in the UI.
And when the right answer lives outside Telegram — a public web app, a portal, a wall display — the same backend serves that too.
WHAT WE BUILD
Four kinds of app
Telegram mini apps & bots
Software your team actually opens every day, in the chat app already on their phone.
- Point of sale, ordering and stock tools
- Internal tools and admin panels
- Approval workflows that replace spreadsheets
- Storefronts and customer-facing shops in chat
Web apps & dashboards
For work that needs a bigger screen or a public face.
- Client portals and customer dashboards
- Data entry and approval flows with real validation
- Multi-user systems with roles and permissions
- Wall displays: menus, queues, live status
AI agents & chatbots
Assistants that do the work, not just answer questions — always with a person in the loop.
- Customer-facing agents answering from your own data
- Document intake: reading, extraction, filing, routing
- Plain-language order and receipt parsing
- Human review before anything ships — see our rules
Integrations & backends
The plumbing that makes everything else hold together.
- REST and webhook APIs, custom-built or connected
- Database design and migration off spreadsheets
- Wiring apps into n8n workflows and existing automations
- Third-party integrations: payments, calendars, messaging
SHIPPED
Running in production now
SALES
Plain-language order intake
Chat messages parsed against a live catalogue into filed orders and code-generated PDF invoices, with daily chase summaries.
RETAIL
Telegram point of sale
Role-based staff permissions, server-side tabs, nightly reporting. Runs a real bar counter every night.
ERP
Multi-module business system
Inventory, brewing and finance modules in one app on one authoritative database.
FINANCE
Receipt-to-reconciliation
Photographed receipts read by AI, filed, reconciled on a three-day cycle with anomaly flags.
CLUBS ×2
League platform, deployed twice
The same club system runs a darts team and a dominoes club. The second deployment took one day.
ENVIRO
Sensor network with alarms
Configurable thresholds, escalating Telegram alerts, and a compliance-ready history.
STACK
Boring technology, on purpose
Chosen so that any competent developer can maintain it after us. No exotic frameworks, no vendor lock-in, no per-seat licences.
HONESTY CLAUSE
When custom software is the wrong answer
We will tell you this in the first conversation, for free:
Off-the-shelf genuinely fits
If a product already solves your need, its total cost over years beats anything bespoke. We'll name the product.
The process isn't settled
Automating confusion freezes it. Fix the process first; software second.
The task is rare
Something done monthly rarely saves enough to justify maintaining software for it.
The data is a mess
If the inputs are unreliable, cleanup is the real project. Better to know before building on sand.
QUESTIONS
Asked often
How much does a custom app cost?
A single bot or mini app starts at $450, deployed and documented. A full operational stack is $1,200 plus $95 a month. Anything bespoke gets a written fixed quote before any work starts — never hourly billing. See pricing.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Outright, always — code, data, credentials and infrastructure. Handover documentation is part of every build, and nothing we build phones home to us.
What happens when we need changes after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that: a support plan, or ad-hoc work at a published hourly rate. Nothing is held hostage.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
That is most of the job. Spreadsheets, accounting tools, calendars, payment providers, legacy databases — if it has an API, an export, or even just CSV, we can connect it.
Do our customers need Telegram?
Only for apps aimed at your team or a community that already lives in chat. Customer-facing work can be a web app, a portal or a plain website — same backend, different front door.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Describe the app you wish existed
A conversation costs nothing, and it often ends with us saying automation is not worth it for a given job. That is a useful answer too.
