Automaton POS
A full till that runs inside Telegram. No terminal to buy, no per-seat licence, no enrolment: a new hire taps a button in the group chat and is taking orders.

Four rules we don't break
A human approves anything public
Posts, replies, invoices to customers — a person taps approve before it ships. Automation drafts; people decide.
Authorisation lives server-side
A hidden button is not a permission model. Every request is verified in the database against a signed identity.
Alerts reach a person
A dashboard nobody opens is not monitoring. Failures escalate to Telegram until someone acknowledges them.
You own the infrastructure
Your server, your credentials, your data, your code. Handover documentation is part of the build, not an extra.
